Informal Mediation

Weekly informal meditation exercises are designed as a part of the wellness program to help the students to get in touch with their inner selves and get ready for the rest of the day. Students exercised sitting still, the pause button and attention to breath during the last few weeks.

Exercises are open for all GTNI members every Tuesday at 07:45 am.
